I have been a client for many, many years, the lady is very helpful, but The Man/Owner has been so extremely rude to me today, that I have to share this information!!!! I only asked if I could pay with my bankcard, as i was used to, to top up my monthly recharge and HE became so rude towards me, he started to shout to me, I MEAN SO RUDE THAT I WAS JUST STANDING THERE WITH MY MOUTH WIDE OPEN ,and in the mean time clients walked in and they also had a look on their face, like WHAT IS HAPPENING!!?? He told me to get lost, No even worse, and Said: I don´t make any money from you, or what´s so ever, and while screaming at me he told me to F!!! Off and find another locutorio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He sido cliente durante muchos, muchos años, la señora es muy útil, pero el hombre/propietario ha sido tan extremadamente grosero conmigo hoy que tengo que compartir esta información. Solo le pregunté si podía pagar con mi tarjeta bancaria, como estaba acostumbrado, para recargar mi recarga mensual y ÉL se volvió tan grosero conmigo que empezó a gritarme, QUIERO TAN GROSERO QUE ESTABA AHÍ CON MI CON LA BOCA ABIERTA, y mientras tanto los clientes entraban y también tenían una expresión en sus caras, como ¿¡¡QUÉ ESTÁ PASANDO!!?? Un trato muy amable y servicial

5 estrellas se queda corto.Recomiendo mucho esta tienda, tanto el trato al cliente y el servicio ha sido súper agradable y eficaz. Llevé el móvil a reparar y en un solo día fueron capaces de arreglarlo todo. Son todos unos profesionales!!

Very helpful and no hard sell. My phone died they had a look saying it was the motherboard. No charge suggested a couple of phones and suggested we look them up. Came back and bought a phone they set everything up. Good prices. Strongly recommend.
