Best place to bring your Apple products on the island. Tony is super knowledgeable and helpful and not afraid to tell it to you straight. Appreciated his no nonsense manner, reasonable pricing, and quick turnaround. Also, he speaks English which is helpful if your Spanish isn't quite up to computer diagnostics level.

Tony is knowledgeable, fast and honest. He saved my MacBook from water damage and also put in a new battery as the old one was nearing the end of its life. Some months later the battery started to malfunction and he replaced it free of charge even though the warranty had expired.

Excellent experience. Tony is a lifesaver. I went first to the authorised Apple reseller in town, and I knew what the problem was. They refused to listen, and really treated me like a shmo (I work in tech). I finally gave up and someone recommended Bad Apple. Tony listened, evaluated, and diagnosed the problem quickly. I had my laptop back by the end of the day. Great experience!

Tony is amazing. He really knows his stuff. He knows the workings of computers from the ground up. I brought him a dinasour of a laptop expecting just to have the data from the hard drive transferred to a stick since the thing would not even turn on. Tony managed to revive it without any loss of information! He also gifted me with all kinds of extras and grossly undercharged me considering he spent 6+ hours on my machine, and cleaned in from the inside and added new thermal paste. I am forever grateful to him and wouldn't consider taking my electronics to any other place. It was a joy spending time with him, since he's a wealth of knowledge and has a witty sense of humor. Five stars are just not enough for this man!I gave him a laptop yesterday afternoon and this morning it was ready, when in Ktuin and other places they told me it would take about three weeks to fix it. Furthermore, I paid half of the price that Ktuin asked me. He also explained and showed me everything he has done. Excellent work!! Thank you so much
