Hotel Balneario Las Arenas

Solo puedo hablar del circuito del spa. Deberían hacer algo con los botones que accionan los chorros porque varios de ellos me tiré un buen rato para activarlos una sola vez (sobre todo los chorros fuertes de la piscina grande) y agobia cuando el cronómetro de la 1h30min que tienes va pasando y no consigues que funcione casi nada a la primera. Y recomiendo ser puntuales porque a las 19:30 me apagaron la cascada grande de fuera que no se acciona por suerte con ningún botón y es bastante fuerte. La atención del servicio en la entrada muy buena y todo estaba muy limpio.

Loved the hotel staff but definitely not worth staying in the off season. The outdoor pool was closed and there was very little to do. Beach was close but very windy and cold. Nice location with our favourite local spot to eat a few steps away down the beach. Hotel breakfast was absolutely amazing, the variety was endless!

Estuve en la comida de una boda, el entorno y las instalaciones de lo más bonito que he visto, la comida estuvo muy bien, pero el servicio muy pobre. Los camareros muy mal organizados. Además el tema de las alergias se lo tienen que mirar, pues estando avisados, no se puede servir un plato con nueces a una persona alérgica a los frutos secos, en el centro de salud acabó la fiesta. Después de esto, no es de los sitios que recomendaría para una celebración tan especial.

This is a must stay hotel. From the moment we stepped foot inside the grand lobby, I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of champagne at check-in which was really nice. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly set them apart from any place I stayed while in Spain Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism. I would also like to compliment the bar staff they deserves the highest praise for their unwavering commitment to providing an unparalleled level of service. The combination of impeccable service and lavish accommodations made my stay truly unforgettable. This hotel is top tier! 10/10

Mis amigos me regalaron una sesión de spa y masaje. No podían haberme hecho un mejor regalo: las instalaciones espectaculares y el trato del personal fantástico. Fue una experiencia increíble. Salí muy relajada. ¡Muy recomendable!

A lovely hotel with friendly, approachable staff in a great location by the beach. We stayed in a family room (two connected rooms) with a city view for 10 nights. The city view rooms don't come with balcony's so if you can stretch the budget then go for the sea view. They offered a choice of hard and soft pillows which is a nice touch!Near tram and bus stops which take you all over the city (transport in Valencia is great) and right on the beach with rear access. Pool service kept us refreshed including sushi boxes which were lovely!We did half board which meant having three courses from the a la carte in the main restaurant. You only pay for drinks. The food was very good quality, including oysters and different fish of the day. Staff again friendly but sometimes not overly attentive. One thing I would say, after day 4-5, it became a bit repetitive, it would be good if the hotel swapped the menu items once a week or have different special choices rather than just the fish. There's sushi and tapas bars on site too.I'd recommend and I'd return. Valencia was great!

This hotel was amazing! Such a beautiful hotel right next to the beach. My parents and I spent 4 days in Rome in the city so it was great to come to Valencia and stay here for a more relaxing stay. We also went to the Spa, got a massage then enjoyed the water. It was fantastic. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Mi pareja y yo pasamos 3 noches el fin de semana de nuestra boda. La atención fue exquisita en todo momento, pudiendo dejar el traje guardado en otra estancia para dejarlo bien estirado, el cual llevaron a mi habitación mientras estaba con el peluquero.El lugar es muy tranquilo y agradable, todo está muy bien cuidado, los jardines son de ensueño y las vistas al mar un regalo.Sin duda lo recomendamos y volveremos!

We loved our stay. The hotel is in a great position and the facilities are great.The bedrooms looked a little tired and characterless in places, but were clean, functional and comfy (with great sea views), and the communal areas were impressive. The staff were great and breakfast was nice.It would be nice to have a spa session included in the stay for the price.
