The Frog Lotus Yoga Teacher Training is an exceptional course. I had a magical three weeks at the gorgeous Suryalila Retreat Centre in January 2023. The standard of teaching is amazing, the course is incredibly well planned and is delivered brilliantly.I have scoliosis with a fused thorasic spine and teachers were all incredibly supportive of this. They never pushed me past my physical limits and gave me extra support when and where I needed it.This experience has been life changing for me, my yoga practice has deepened theoretically, philosophically and physically. The connections I've made here are so deep and special and I'll never forget my time here.If you're considering training to become a teacher or wish to deepen your practice, I'd say go for FLY Teacher training, you won't regret it!
