I loved the behavior of the first working receptionist on 12.8. she was very welcoming, very kind and tried her best in english. The second one? Please if you hate working with people, just don't work with people. She didn't even looked at me when I was leaving, didn't even say goodbye! That ruined my night and all the experience. I typed the date specifically so the owner can see who was working the second shift and idk maybe fi re her, because the behavior was not appropriate. I can't find any good words for her behavior.The lifeguards were cool, lady with long brown hair helped me and her english was very good.Then, something I am not used to. Conjoined changing rooms. There's no male/female intersection, you just leave your stuff in a room and the only thing separated is toilets and showers. But it really makes zero sense hence you have to walk in your wet swimsuit to the little changing room. The changing room is a no space for a bigger person like myself, also if you struggle with small closed spaces aka claustrophobia, well, you're doomed.Also that's a really space just made for adults. Zero things for kids, no small pools dedicated just for them, even if they would separate it to make others relax. They don't ban kids but they make it very obvious that you shouldn't just bring one.It's a shame they dont sell some flip flops, would be useful when the heat burns the outside floor and you're not forced to play floor is lava. Bring some food if you gonna go all day, or you'll be forced to eat stuff from vending machine for a lunch as there's nothing close around.So overall the pools are nice, changing room disaster with slimy floor and horror for claustrophobics.I enjoyed but that second shift receptionist ruined my day, so low stars for her being not cool in behavior. A look in the eye, smile and goodbye" wouldn't harm you.My first and last visit."

Love it..i took 16 euro 2 hout session with access to heated indoor and outdoor pools (30 C and 1.30m depth) hamman and sauna.. it is really good after a hard day at work

Muy importante. Los hombressólo pueden entrar con bañador de natación. Puede ser slip o boxer pero el boxer, si no es ajustado de natación, no se puede.

Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, personal amable y vives una experiencia relajante que elimina todo el estrés acumulado.

Íbamos a pasar la tarde allí, pero debido a que SOLO aceptan bañadores tipo boxer de natación y no el habitual playero de toda la vida, tuvimos que cambiar de plan. Normas muy restrictivas para el público general.

Really good and relaxing. Two-three hours seem more than enough time for the place. We did the spa experience and it was wonderful.

Hemos pasado dos horitas de relax. Piscina en exterior a la que puedes acceder desde la piscina interior, agua caliente.Sauna y hammas, está bien.En cuanto al precio , fuimos en un promoción.Pueden acceder niños pequeños incluso con sus manguitos , si no saben nadar.Me gustó mucho ver el atardecer desde la piscina, y el ambiente relajado de las velas.Personalmente, cayendo la tarde es una pasada para ir. Creo que está abierto hasta las 20h.
